Apparently today is Gruntled Workers Day, which is the opposite of disgruntled.

Which is perfect because I am EXTREMELY gruntled.

Why?

Because I discovered a new G FUEL flavor and now I have enough energy to alphabetize the office, reorganize three folders, pitch seven new show segments, design Luna a new outfit, answer Discord, and—OH! We should totally make a game where...

...what was I saying?

Anyway.

Bobby keeps looking at me like he's waiting for the rest of my sentence, but unfortunately I've already started four more.

"Miss Producer... finish the first thought."

I AM. I'M GETTING THERE.

Eventually.

Probably.

The man has the patience of a saint when properly fed and caffeinated, but even he's reached the point where he just nods while I ricochet around the studio like a pinball powered entirely by caffeine and questionable life choices.

The good news? Things are getting done.

The bad news? Nobody knows in what order.

Happy Gruntled Workers Day from your neighborhood producer who is somehow simultaneously answering emails, planning interviews, writing newsletters, redesigning graphics, and wondering if raccoons would make good interns.

(They absolutely would.)

Cover Wars: Man of Constant Sorrow

This week's battle is one that spans generations.

In one corner, you've got the traditional folk classic "Man of Constant Sorrow," a song that's been around for well over a century. Whether you first heard it through bluegrass legends or O Brother, Where Art Thou?, it's a timeless tune built on heartbreak, hardship, and unforgettable storytelling.

In the other corner, Charm City Devils crank the gain to eleven and transform the old Appalachian standard into a gritty, hard-hitting rock anthem. They keep the soul of the original intact while adding enough distortion and attitude to make it feel right at home alongside today's rock playlists.

So here's the question...

Do you stick with the raw, haunting original that stood the test of time?

OR

Does the Charm City Devils version earn the crown by giving an American classic a full-throttle rock makeover?

Cast your vote during Cover Wars, and we'll see which version walks away with the win!

You know what's underrated?

Having a roof you never have to think about.

Seriously. If your roof is doing its job, you're probably not giving it a second thought—and that's exactly how it should be.

That's why we're grateful to have Tim Teal Roofing supporting what we do. Whether your roof has taken a beating from storms, is showing its age, or you just want the peace of mind that comes from having it inspected by people who know what they're doing, they've got you covered.

While Bobby is hiding away in the studio building shows, editing content, and making sure the music never stops, Tim Teal Roofing is out there making sure your home is protected from whatever Mother Nature decides to throw at it.

If your roof has been on your "I'll deal with it later" list... consider this your friendly reminder that "later" has a funny way of turning into "that's going to cost more."
