The Perfect Boiled Egg Recipe
Step 1: Grab your eggs, a steamer basket, and two bowls.
Step 2: Fill one bowl with boiling water and the other with water cooled to 86 degrees Fahrenheit (lukewarm, like your last date).
Step 3: Place your eggs in the steamer basket and start a timer for 32 minutes.
Step 4: Every two minutes, move the eggs from the boiling water to the lukewarm water, then back again. This back-and-forth is what they call "periodic cooking."
